How do I start a custom order?

Our question box is the best place to start — it sends our team a direct email so we can get to know your vision and answer any questions personally.

Once we’re acquainted and the $200 retainer is paid, we’ll walk you through the entire process step by step, including:

• Mockups and final approvals

Do I need to have a design in mind?

Not at all! Many customers start with only a feeling or a purpose behind the piece. Once a $200 retainer is paid the design process with our team begins to fit your story perfectly!

Do you use real turquoise?

Yes — we use 100% genuine, natural turquoise, sourced from trusted mines and stone cutters.

How long does a custom piece take?

On average custom orders take 4-6 weeks, Bridal customs are 8-12 weeks, depending on complexity and number of pieces in the order. If you need it by a specific date, let us know. if within the 4-8 weeks we will do our best to make it happen. need it sooner there is always our rush option.

What is the price range for customs?

Pricing varies based on silver weight, stone size, complexity and most important your budget. On average our customs start at $150.

Can I approve the design before you start?

Absolutely. We send stone options, design mock-ups when needed, and confirm everything before beginning your piece.

We believe every story deserves a piece of jewelry to match it — something meaningful today and even more meaningful for the generations who follow.

Once I've chosen my design when do you start working on my custom?

Once a design is finalized a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. It goes towards your final cost. Once paid the creating begins!
