Returns, Repairs & Satisfaction Policy
Due to the high quantity of made-to-order and custom pieces, we do not accept returns. Each piece is created specifically for you, often using one-of-a-kind stones and hand fabrication, which makes resale near impossible.
That said—we stand behind our work and our customers.
The integrity of each piece and your satisfaction matter deeply to us. We understand that things can happen, and we are always willing to evaluate concerns and help make things right.
Repairs & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the incorrect piece, contact us immediately at etturquoise@gmail.com so we can evaluate the situation. A request of repair must be sent within 48 hours of arrival.
We understand that accidents can happen. If your Anointed by E.C. piece becomes damaged, please reach out to us directly so we can discuss repair options.
Each case will be carefully assessed, and in many cases, we are able to mend or restore the item. Repairs are subject to a service fee, which will vary based on the extent of the damage, labor involved, and materials required.
Your satisfaction with your Anointed by E.C. piece is deeply important to us. While we maintain a strict no-returns policy, we are committed to helping you preserve the integrity, beauty, and longevity of your cherished heirloom pieces whenever possible.

These items are considered final sale.
Return Requests (Non-Custom Items Only)
For the rare non-custom item, we offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible:

Item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

Original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase are required

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items sent without approval will not be accepted.

Refunds
Once your return (if applicable) is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary by bank or card provider.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us.
